Hamilton Journal News The second annual chili contest was held and featured nine chefs vying to have their recipe win a prize. Kenzie Cain from Wayne Twp. took first place, Kindra Montgomery from Fairfield won second, and Dakota Campbell from Hamilton finished third. |
